Shine is seeking a People Business Partner to support one or two tribes, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and helping navigate growth and organizational evolution.

You will report to the PBP Team Lead and join a team of four People Business Partners, shaping people strategy and business impact in a fast-moving environment. The role is located in Porto, Madrid or Berlin, with two remote working days per week and regular travel around once per month.

Formación

• Around 5-7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic people role within a 300+ organisation.
• Experience in an international organisation.
• Strong experience partnering closely with managers and senior leaders.
• Solid business acumen and understanding how people decisions support business performance.
• Comfortable using data, KPIs and insights to guide decisions and challenge constructively.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders across one or two on people priorities, team effectiveness, and organizational health
• Support organizational change and transformation, including team design, scaling, and leadership transitions
• Drive key people topics such as engagement, performance, feedback, and career development
• Contribute to the rollout and application of frameworks related to career leveling, compensation, and pay equity
• Use KPIs and people data to identify trends, guide decisions, and improve performance over time
• Help leaders navigate ambiguity, solve people challenges, and build resilient, high-performing teams
• Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence and People Operations to ensure consistent and effective execution of people practices

Your role as a People Business Partner

As a People Business Partner for one or two tribes, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them navigate growth, change, and organizational evolution.

You will report to the PBP Team Lead and join a team of four People Business Partners supporting the organization.

This role sits at the intersection of people strategy and business impact. You will partner closely with leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, develop talent, and support high-performing teams in a fast-moving environment.

At Shine, we are evolving People Business Partnering toward a more strategic, data-driven and business-focused model. In this context, you will help shape better ways of working and bring structure, clarity and impact to the teams you support.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Partner with leaders across one or two on people priorities, team effectiveness, and organizational health
• Support organizational change and transformation, including team design, scaling, and leadership transitions

Job located in Porto, Madrid or Berlin, with possibility of two remote working days per week

Regular travel (around once per month) may be required.

About You

• You have around 5-7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic people role, within 300+ organisation
• Experience in an international organisation
• You have strong experience partnering closely with managers and senior leaders
• You bring solid business acumen and understand how people decisions support business performance
• You are comfortable using data, KPIs and insights to guide decisions and challenge constructively
• You can explain complex topics in a clear, structured and pragmatic way
• You are effective in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and can bring calm and clarity when things change
• You have experience supporting organizational transformation, restructuring, or M&A transitions; this is a strong plus
• You are fluent in English

Nice to have

• Experience in a tech scale up
• You are curious about how AI, data and technology are reshaping organizations, leadership and people practices
• Fluent in German, Spanish or Portuguese (This is a strong nice to have)
