EY Global Delivery Services seeks an experienced Pega Developer with team leadership skills to design, develop and deliver state-of-the-art Pega applications. You will lead a small team, participate in Scrum, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high quality and strong client communication.

Key responsibilities include design and implementation of Pega components, integration, security models and data pages, with a focus on best practices and performance tuning.

Formación

• 4+ years of Pega Application development knowledge using Pega Development platform.
• 3-4 end to end Pega project implementations.
• Experience leading a small team of Pega developers.
• Hands-on experience in Case Management, Class Structure Design, Pega Integrations, Security Models (RBAC, ABAC).
• Understanding of Pega best practices and guardrail improvement techniques.
• Knowledge of UI/UX & Portals development rules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead as a team lead; share responsibility, provide support, and update managers on progress.
• Deliver tasks on-time while exceeding client and team expectations.
• Develop and maintain productive client onsite relationships.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide status updates.
• Contribute to design, development, QA, deployment and support activities.
• Ensure compliance with EY policies and project quality protocols.
• Update technical architecture/design and unit test cases; ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Build technical assets and accelerators.
