Tenth Revolution Group in Madrid is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Specialist focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM). You will design, implement, and evolve PAM platforms across Windows, Linux, and Azure, partnering with security, infrastructure, and business teams to safeguard critical systems.

This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic governance, requiring 5+ years in IAM/PAM, strong English communication, and a proactive, independent work style.

Formación

• 5+ years of cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, or security engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of PAM concepts, access governance, and identity security.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise-scale security platforms.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and drive security initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Design, operate, and evolve PAM platforms and services.
• Implement and manage CyberArk PASS and EPM, RSA SecurID, and SSH jump servers.
• Support Zero Trust and Cloud Transformation initiatives (Azure).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and mitigate risks.
• Develop documentation, testing procedures, and automation scripts.
