You will lead end-to-end projects across multiple plants, balancing sustainability, cost, performance, and manufacturability, while driving automation and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, 7+ years in packaging, and English proficiency; you'll collaborate with marketing, production, and quality teams.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in packaging roles
• At least 3 years in a leadership position within FMCG or pharmaceutical industries
• High level of English
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously

Responsabilidades

• Lead packaging innovation projects from concept to implementation, ensuring designs are functional, attractive, and sustainable.
• Coordinate and oversee development of new packaging with marketing, production, and quality teams.
• Analyze market trends and consumer needs to craft standout packaging solutions.
• Implement sustainable packaging practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure quality and innovation in materials and processes.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers within budget.
• Drive continuous improvement and oversee in-house packaging technologies for early-stage innovation.
• Ensure packaging meets industry quality standards and regulations.
• Manage the packaging budget to optimize costs without compromising quality.
