AG Solution in Barcelona seeks a Senior OT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of industrial digitalisation projects within global transformation programmes. You will own planning, coordination and successful delivery across OT Applications, Data, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity with cross-functional teams and senior customer stakeholders.

Formación

• 5+ years of project delivery experience in industrial or OT initiatives.
• Solid understanding of industrial production environments and live operations constraints.
• Fluent professional English; Spanish and/or Catalan helpful but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple OT and industrial digitalisation projects from initiation through handover, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and quality.
• Build credible delivery plans reflecting manufacturing realities, including shutdowns, testing windows, site readiness, FAT/SAT, commissioning and transition to operations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across OT Applications, Data, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, managing dependencies and ownership.
• Act as trusted operational partner translating between business, IT, OT, engineering teams and vendors.
• Anticipate issues, structure options and drive decisions; escalate when sponsor intervention is needed.
• Manage requirements, deliverables, change control, readiness reviews and Go/No-Go criteria.
• Maintain concise governance records, action tracking and project reporting.
• Lead project reviews and handovers and capture lessons learned for process improvement.
