Job summary

Shine, the financial copilot for entrepreneurs, seeks a Senior IC in People to own organizational development across Europe. Based in Madrid or Berlin or Porto, you will shape leadership development, talent strategy and succession, partnering with executives to scale while keeping governance and GDPR intact.

You will design career frameworks, run engagement measurement, and drive transformation programs, using data to inform decisions and working hands-on as a team of one, with external partners

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in organizational development or people development.
• Hands-on experience designing leadership development and talent processes.
• Proven track record leading change or transformation initiatives.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Shine’s talent strategy for Europe.
• Enable end-to-end talent cycle with leaders and People Partners.
• Build succession plans and talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Design and evolve career frameworks, job architecture and skills models.
• Lead transformation initiatives and change management.
