Job summary

Shine, the fintech unicorn backed by Cegid, is hiring an Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Partner. You will shape Shine's employer identity, recruit marketing strategies, and lead internal communications across Europe from Madrid, Porto or Berlin.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People, IT, Brand and leadership to tell our story credibly and drive inclusive campaigns that attract diverse talent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing or Internal/Corporate Communications, including leading complex change initiatives
• Hands-on experience managing a CMS, planning editorial calendars and running engagement programmes
• A track record of planning communications for project roll-outs and change processes
• Confidence with content creation and multimedia tools, and with generative AI (prompt engineering, workflow design, ethical use)
• Strong storytelling, copywriting and design sense, adapted to different audiences
• A proactive, structured, hands-on way of working with stakeholders
• Fluent English; proficiency in another European language is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Plan and run campaigns across social media and career platforms, then test and improve them.
• Own the structure and content for Notion, career pages, and LinkedIn hub.
• Bring culture principles to life through internal campaigns and events.
• Embed DEI into employer brand, campaigns and internal communications.
• Create clear, structured communication for People initiatives and change projects.
• Create written, visual and multimedia content for internal news and external candidate channels.
• Build AI workflows for the team and pilot time-saving tools.
• Work with People teams, IT, Brand and leadership to uncover success stories.
• Help define KPIs for internal reach and campaign performance.

Your Role as a Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Partner

This is a high-visibility position within the People function reporting to the Director Talent Acquisition. You will own how Shine shows up as an employer, both to the talent we want to attract and to the people already here: employer positioning, recruitment marketing, People communications and career pages, and the cultural moments that bring our community together. You work closely with Talent Acquisition, People Business Partner, IT, Brand and business leaders to tell our story credibly, land change clearly and build a culture people are proud of as we scale, while keeping content simple, on-brand and measurable. Employer branding and communications is your focus, not recruiting.

• Plan and run campaigns across social media, career platforms and other touchpoints, then keep testing and improving them so the right people find their way to us.
• Own the structure, content and editorial planning for Notion, our career pages and the linkedin company hub, keep making them easier and more enjoyable to use.
• Bring our culture principles to life through internal campaigns, events and community moments that make people feel connected and proud to be here.
• Embed DEI into our employer brand, campaigns and internal communications, so our content, imagery and language are inclusive and reflect the diverse people we want to attract and the community we're building.
• Create clear, structured communication for People initiatives, system roll-outs and change projects, so everyone understands what's happening and why.
• Create written, visual and multimedia content for internal news and external candidate channels, including social media, with a distinctive tone of voice.
• Build AI workflows for the team, develop brand models and prompt libraries, set guidelines for responsible AI use, and pilot new tools that save time and spark ideas.
• Work with People teams, IT, Brand, external partners and leadership to uncover success stories, advise on internal communication, and support announcements.
• Help define KPIs for internal reach and campaign performance, and use the data to sharpen our approach.

Location

This role can be based in Porto, Madrid or Berlin. We operate an in the office model for Talent Acquisition (5 days per week).

1. A 45' first call with a Isabella (Director TA) to get to know you better and share more about Shine.
2. A 45' interview with TA Partner to discuss your past experiences and the role we are offering.
3. A 60' business case presentation to highlight your skills and give you a hands-on feel for the role.
4. A 30' team introduction, followed by a soft skills interview to see how we can best support your growth at Shine.
