TheFork is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Quality, Compliance & Fraud (QC&F) team within Operations. You will translate complex business challenges into structured, data-driven solutions that scale across the organization.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work with SQL and AI-powered tools, design KPIs and dashboards, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvements from concept to implementation. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, operations, fraud, risk or a related analytical role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Working knowledge of SQL, with ability to write, understand and adapt queries.

• Lead analytical and operational improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on solutions and drive projects.
• Challenge existing processes and redesign workflows to improve efficiency.
• Translate data and insights into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Work hands-on with SQL and AI-powered tools to develop analytical solutions.
• Design KPIs, dashboards and monitoring frameworks to improve decisions and risk management.
• Establish best practices and reusable frameworks across the organization.
