Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Senior Consultant for our OneStream practice in Europe, based in Madrid. You will lead full lifecycle OneStream implementations, from requirements through training and support, and collaborate with client teams to deliver value.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience with OneStream or similar EPM/CPM platforms, strong FP&A and accounting knowledge, and hands-on VB.net and data integration skills.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other EPM/CPM applications.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes including close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A.
• Deep understanding of accounting processes including reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating those to help design a solution.
• Experience with VB.net and data integration between different systems/sources.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver OneStream solutions through full cycle – requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support
• Assist with pre-sales meetings with prospective clients, including supporting client demos and proof-of-concept projects
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal and client-side resources and effectively communicate across various audiences
• Approach problems creatively and apply technology to solve business challenges
• Adhere to Spaulding Ridge delivery methodology and project standards, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deal with ambiguity
• Embrace the Spaulding Ridge culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, and social/networking activities
