Job summary

ING Hubs Spain is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Specialist to join the Tribe Cyber Threat Management. You will coordinate dynamic testing, translate attacker techniques into focused tests, and provide timely evidence to defensive teams.

The role spans on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments with hands-on delivery and rapid risk-based decisions. You will collaborate with security operations, incident response, vulnerability management and engineering to drive proactive risk reduction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in offensive security, pen testing, red teaming or related fields.
• Ability to translate threat intelligence into focused test scenarios.
• Experience testing complex enterprise environments including cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rapid assessment from intelligence to execution and reporting.
• Prioritise testing requests based on threat relevance and business impact.
• Translate attacker techniques into realistic test cases across on-prem, cloud, identities and apps.
• Execute offensive tests across hybrid environments and produce concise risk reports.
• Develop reusable test procedures and tooling to speed up assessments.
• Collaborate with security operations, IR, vulnerability management and engineering.
