Frontiers Careers is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own backend systems and full-stack features for the RTM platform. You will work across .NET Core backends and Vue/Nuxt frontends, collaborating with product managers and engineers to design scalable, reliable solutions.

You will drive architecture decisions, optimize SQL Server workloads, and guide production monitoring and incident resolution, embracing AI-driven design to improve code quality and delivery speed in a hybrid team.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with .NET Core/.NET.
• 3+ years with modern frontend frameworks (Vue 3 a plus).
• Strong Vue.js expertise with state management, component-based architecture, and scalable frontend practices.
• Strong SQL Server experience including performance tuning, indexing, queries and production troubleshooting.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Experience or strong interest in applying AI to product features and engineering workflows.
• Experience owning complex, distributed system architectures.
• Solid understanding of microservices and micro-frontend concepts.
• Comfortable working in Kanban and hybrid environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using .NET, Vue.js, and Nuxt.
• Modernise and replace legacy systems — migrating older Angular apps to Vue/Nuxt.
• Own full-stack projects end-to-end from spec through delivery to production monitoring.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define best implementation strategies.
• Work in a multinational team to deliver software aligned with business needs.
• Write clean, maintainable code and uphold engineering best practices.
• Ensure quality through robust testing and code reviews.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex distributed system challenges.
• Leverage AI tooling to improve quality and speed of engineering work.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and bring fresh ideas to the stack.
