Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking a seasoned Procurement professional to join the Navigation and Surveillance commodity within systems procurement for Defence and Space platforms. You will develop sub-commodity strategies, manage supplier relations and lead cross-functional teams to secure cost-effective, compliant supplier selections.

The role requires market analysis, tendering and contract management, with collaboration across Engineering, Finance, PMO and Quality to ensure value for

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Engineering, Services or PMO.
• Excellent negotiation skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience in a matrix organization and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and monitor a Sub-Commodity strategy.
• Manage supplier relationships and development programs.
• Lead the Sub-Commodity Multi-Functional Team.
• Lead bids, tenders and supplier selections to drive value.
• Contribute to Procurement/Value Creation projects for savings.
• Lead supplier negotiations to meet program expectations.
• Set up, negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers.
• Lead Supplier Evaluation Development and Vendor Management.
