Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a Senior MXDR Engineer to deploy and maintain MXDR solutions, interfacing with customers to tailor security postures. You will analyze security data, lead technical discussions, and act as a trusted advisor across teams.

In this customer-facing role, you’ll collaborate with the SOC, SDM, and other stakeholders. English proficiency is required; a hybrid Madrid location offers flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MXDR technologies and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data from security tooling.
• Proven leadership and excellent written/spoken communication skills.
• Experience engaging with clients and delivering security recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support MXDR solutions for customers, ensuring proper configuration.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to deliver client projects and address challenges.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on MXDR tools, advising colleagues and customers.
• Continuously improve MXDR services through automation and knowledge sharing.
