NCC Group is seeking a Senior MXDR Engineer in Madrid to deploy, maintain and optimize MXDR solutions for diverse clients. You will engage with stakeholders, interpret security needs, and contribute to safer, more resilient environments through expert MXDR guidance.

The role emphasizes strong technical foundations, professional communication, and ongoing learning, with experience across SIEM & EDR tools and MXDR platforms. This is a permanent, office-based position in Madrid.

Qualificações

• Experience with SIEM & EDR tools.
• Familiarity with MXDR platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, CrowdStrike or SentinelOne).
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and support MXDR solutions for customers, ensuring effective deployment and configuration.
• Independently operate in multidisciplinary teams for projects, proactively contributing to client deliverables and addressing internal and external technical and organizational challenges.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on MXDR tools, supporting and advising customers and colleagues across teams.
• Continuously improve MXDR services through automation, process enhancements and knowledge sharing.
