Birdman is seeking a Multimedia Designer & Editor to own post-production at Birdman Studio, transforming raw footage into polished, publication-ready content for tactical and hero campaigns.

You will lead editing, motion graphics, animation, color, and sound, ensuring strong storytelling and high production value. This hands-on role has no direct reports and collaborates with Content Production Lead and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Film, AV Production, Motion Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as Video Editor/Motion Designer in production environments.
• 2+ years in motion graphics and animation using After Effects or equivalent.
• 2+ years editing content for culturally relevant consumer brands.
• Reel/portfolio required showing end-to-end editing contributions.
• Experience with color grading and sound post-production desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own post-production of all content from Birdman Studio, transforming raw footage into finished pieces.
• Elevate production value through motion graphics, animation, color grading, sound design, and finishing.
• Build storytelling through editing, rhythm, and emotion from available footage.
• Deliver master content and platform-specific versions for tactical and hero campaigns.
• Maintain graphic and motion identity consistency across typography, end cards, and visuals.
• Create and iterate versions for Paid Media using performance data to optimize content.
• Maintain organized post-production workflows and asset libraries.
• Stay current with editing techniques, motion trends, formats, and AI tools.
