Affirm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in React Native to join the Repayment UX Engineering team. The role is remote across Spain within Europe’s same time zone, contributing to consumer finance at scale.

You’ll own features end-to-end, collaborate with product, design, and analytics, and drive quality with robust design and on-call readiness. A builder mindset and curiosity are valued to ship rapidly and measure impact.

Formación

• 4+ years building mobile apps, preferably with React Native.
• Proficient in Javascript/Typescript and modern UI patterns.
• Experience designing features with clear technical plans and scalable design.
• Strong ownership, feedback-seeking, and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own quarterly goals for your team and deliver with ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics in ideation and trade-offs.
• Identify and lead solutions to project, process, or tech issues.
• Maintain and monitor team artifacts and contribute to on-call reliability.
• Improve code review standards and promote quality across teams.
