X4 Life Sciences in Barcelona is seeking a Senior MES Consultant to join a growing pharmaceutical MES team. You will coordinate MES projects, implement enhancements, and work with Siemens Opcenter, Werum PAS-X, and MES XFP within a GMP environment.

You will partner with end users and technical teams to gather requirements, drive digital transformation, and help optimise manufacturing and packaging workflows through robust MES solutions.

Formación

• Strong MES experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with Siemens Opcenter, Werum/PAS-X, MES XFP or similar platforms.
• Experience across MES configuration, implementation, testing, validation and support.
• Strong understanding of GMP-regulated environments.
• Experience delivering MES projects or continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver MES projects and system evolutions.
• Parameterise and implement MES enhancements and standard evolutions.
• Develop and optimise process instructions within MES for manufacturing workflows.
• Manage unit and integration testing, support UAT and deployments.
• Investigate and resolve complex MES incidents and technical issues.
• Use ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests and backlogs.
• Gather requirements with end users and stakeholders.
• Participate in workshops on process improvement and digital transformation.
• Produce functional/technical specifications and project documentation.
• Support MES integration with automation and enterprise systems.
• Operate within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
