Johnson & Johnson in Madrid is seeking a Senior Regulatory Affairs Program Lead to oversee planning, coordination and delivery of regulatory activities for MedTech products. You will ensure compliance with EU and local requirements and work with Marketing, Quality and supply teams to keep products compliant and commercially viable.

With 4–6 years in Regulatory Affairs, you will guide submissions, liaise with authorities, and mentor junior staff while managing risk and timelines.

Qualifications

• University degree in healthcare (pharmacy or medicine).
• Experience with medical device regulatory requirements and compliance.
• 4–6 years in Regulatory Affairs in medical devices or pharma.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of regulatory activities for MedTech products.
• Interpret EU and local regulations and maintain market compliance.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and interact with authorities as needed.
• Guide promotional materials review for regulatory compliance.
