Sanofi in Barcelona seeks an experienced Project Manager Medical Communications to lead end-to-end publication and medical education deliverables across all phases.

You will coordinate with global stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, ensure compliance with MLR processes, and mentor a team of associates in a fast–moving, regulated environment.

Proven post-qualification experience and strong English communication are required; hands-on use of Veeva PromoMats is desirable.

Formación

• Experience >8 years post-qualification.
• Stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
• Pharma/publication submission experience; MLR familiarity; Veeva PromoMats desirable.
• Graduate degree in science; life sciences/pharmacy desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Project management support and end-to-end delivery of designated publication/medical education deliverable across all phases.
• Initiate and amend submission based on comments; develop scope of work and schedule for agreement with stakeholders.
• Arrange internal and external stakeholder meetings; track delivery of activities including issues and risks.
• Support submission, compliance/approval/Launch activities; ensure compliance with publication/MLR processes and tools.
• Manage assigned publication/medical education within budget; track external spend approvals and goods received.
• Lead a team of associate project specialists/PMs; coordinate with scientific communication teams.
