Job summary

Kreios Space Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Technical Lead to join on-site in Porto do Molle (Nigrán). You will lead the mechanical engineering department and ensure quality, technical consistency, and delivery against milestones and deadlines.

The role requires 10+ years in mechanical product development, strong leadership, and experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to take hardware from concept to manufacturing and validation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in mechanical product development with leadership experience.
• Experience managing people and delivering technically leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and develop the mechanical team to deliver milestones with quality.
• Plan capacity and priorities across projects; manage dependencies and risks.
• Represent the department with systems, electronics, propulsion, and management.
• Ensure CAD models and drawings meet traceability and acceptance criteria.
