Job summary

Opella seeks a seasoned Solution Architect – Martech to design, orchestrate and govern end-to-end technology solutions across the digital marketing ecosystem in Barcelona. You will bridge marketing strategy with technology execution, ensuring scalable, compliant and measurable digital experiences.

The role requires 10+ years in architecture roles, strong CMS and integration expertise, and hands-on API design and cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, system integration, or enterprise architecture roles.
• Proven experience designing complex, multi-platform architectures in regulated environments (pharma, healthcare, or similar).
• Strong expertise in content management platforms, workflow/automation tools, and integration technologies and cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures across the full content lifecycle and omnichannel delivery.
• Integrate generative AI tools into content workflows and ensure governance of AI-generated content.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and architectures.
• Define Martech architecture standards, blueprints, and reference models; mentor teams.
