Zynga is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team in Barcelona. You will design analytics solutions, build data pipelines, and create interactive tools that empower partner teams across social and mobile games.

You will develop advanced statistical frameworks, evaluate marketing performance, and drive end-to-end initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and AI-enabled automation is expected.

Formación

• Proven experience with predictive modeling, statistics, and experimental design.
• Experience in campaign optimization and KPI analysis.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with data warehouses and data pipelines.

Position Overview

We are looking to welcome yet another brilliant Senior Marketing Data Analyst into our Marketing Analytics team.

As a Senior Data Analyst, youll be responsible for designing and driving high-impact analytics solutions, from developing advanced statistical frameworks to evaluate marketing performance, to building data pipelines that integrate third-party sources, to creating interactive tools that empower partner teams. These are just a few examples of the initiatives youll help lead and deliver end-to-end, playing a key role in shaping the technical direction of our analytics efforts. The demands on this team are constantly evolving with the needs of Socialpoints and Zynas dynamic marketing teams, so it is important that you be able to adapt and utilize your time efficiently.

What youll do:

• Partner closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve efficiency, and shape strategic initiatives.
• Lead analytical deep dives to surface insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Visualize and communicate analytical findings clearly, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Apply statistical methodologies to evaluate performance and account for uncertainties in major initiatives.
• Proactively explore and prototype opportunities using AI-driven automation to streamline investigations and improve decision-making.

What You Bring:

• Demonstrated experience with some or all of the following: predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, data visualization
• Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, with experience in campaign optimization, Lifetime Value (LTV) modeling, and incrementality analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with hands-on experience in Redshift, Databricks, PySpark, and Airflow
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous questions into data-driven insights
• Strong communication skills - you can explain complex data in simple, actionable terms
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience in automating recurring analytics workflows is a plus
• A team player, you establish effective relationships to work with others for the win
• Proven work experience in data analytics or data science roles
• BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative field; Masters, MBA or PhD preferred
