Open Assessment Technologies is seeking a Manual QA Engineer with extensive software testing experience and a strong understanding of QA methodologies. The role requires hands-on testing, collaboration with developers and stakeholders, and a mindset for continuous QA process improvement.

5+ years of experience in manual software testing and test execution.
Ability to create and run detailed test plans and test cases.
Hands-on testing across web applications and APIs.
Strong collaboration with developers, product managers and stakeholders.
Mentor and train junior QA team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

Execute the full software testing lifecycle to ensure high-quality delivery.
Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for web applications.
Perform diverse testing types including Performance, Web, Accessibility, Exploratory, API, Security, and Regression.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Maintain test documentation and QA processes for continuous improvement.
