Expedia Group in Madrid is seeking a Senior Manager to own VIP plan design and governance, including end-to-end incentive plans, modeling costs, and cross-functional alignment with HR, Finance and Legal.

You will lead communications, documentation, and setup in Workday, while shaping Sales operating model and driving adoption across regions. Strong collaboration with senior leaders and data-driven decision-making are essential for success.

Formación

• Strong program management and execution skills.
• Experience with incentive plan design and employee impact modeling.
• Experience navigating governance processes for employee changes.
• Proven track record leading sales excellence or commercial strategy programs at scale.
• Comfort operating at Senior Manager level with autonomy.
• AI-savvy and data-literate; able to use AI tools for design decisions.
• Knowledge of travel or B2B SaaS experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end VIP plan design and governance.
• Model VIP employee impact and secure funding approvals with Finance.
• Prepare Steering Committee materials.
• Advise Sales Leadership on incentive strategy and cadence.
• Lead VIP documentation and setup in Workday.
• Coordinate with Legal, Geo teams, Finance, and Communications.
• Communicate VIP program changes to senior leadership.
