Deckers Brands is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Iberia, to lead brand strategy and marketing plans for Iberia, with primary focus on Spain. Based in Madrid, you will translate global direction into locally resonant campaigns and drive growth across running, outdoor and lifestyle categories.

You will lead and mentor the local marketing team, collaborate with commercial and regional teams, agencies, and partners to achieve market share growth and strong brand presence in Iberia.

Formación

• Marketing experience within consumer lifestyle, sport, fashion or related sector.
• Experience leading and developing teams with stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, budget management and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish consumer and cultural landscape; running category knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in brand marketing or related field; native Spanish and fluent English required; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of HOKA brand strategy, seasonal marketing plans and go-to-market priorities across Iberia.
• Translate Global and EMEA direction into culturally relevant campaigns and consumer experiences in Spain.
• Lead 360-degree marketing amplification with focus on Madrid and Barcelona, aligning with Global/EMEA priorities.
• Manage local marketing budget, partnerships with agencies, and drive trade, DTC and retail activation.
• Coach and develop the local marketing team, ensuring cross-functional alignment with regional teams.

The Role:

As Senior Marketing Manager, Iberia, you will lead the development and execution of HOKA's brand strategy, seasonal marketing plans, go-to-market priorities and investment focus across Iberia, with a primary focus on Spain. Based in Madrid, you will translate Global and EMEA direction into culturally relevant campaigns and consumer experiences that grow brand awareness, strengthen brand distinction and support sustainable market share growth across running, outdoor and lifestyle categories. You will lead and inspire the local marketing team while partnering closely with commercial teams, regional marketing functions, agencies and strategic partners.

Your Impact:

• Build the HOKA brand across Iberia by developing and delivering locally relevant, integrated marketing plans that grow awareness, distinction and brand love.
• Lead 360-degree amplification across key sports, cultural and consumer moments, with a focus on Madrid and Barcelona, while ensuring alignment with Global and EMEA priorities.
• Drive trade marketing, community and DTC programmes that deliver standout retail activations, encourage product trial and strengthen the consumer experience across channels.
• Manage strategic partnerships, agencies, retail accounts and the local marketing budget, using market insight and performance reporting to guide investment and optimize activity.
• Lead, coach and develop the local marketing team, creating clear priorities and strong cross-functional alignment across local commercial teams and EMEA marketing functions.

We would Love to Hear from People with:

• Marketing experience within consumer lifestyle, sport, fashion or a related sector, including proven experience developing and executing country-specific strategies and integrated 360-degree campaigns.
• Experience leading and developing teams, with strong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, budget management and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish consumer and cultural landscape; knowledge of the running category and culture is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in brand marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience; native Spanish and fluent English are required, with Portuguese considered an advantage.
• This role is office-based in Madrid and requires periodic travel.
