Edwards Lifesciences in Spain seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on support for manufacturing, combining preventive and corrective maintenance with thorough documentation. You will work closely with Production, Engineering and Calibration teams to ensure equipment availability and reliability in a regulated, cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical qualification in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Experience documenting maintenance activities in electronic CMMS.
• Lean tools and continuous improvement experience.
• Intermediate English; ability to communicate with OEMs.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, reducing downtime.
• Document maintenance activities, processes, work orders in our systems with traceability.
• Support equipment/process validation activities, run tests and protocols.
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Maintain and review equipment validation, qualification, and improvement docs.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors on site with cross-functional teams.
• Work in cleanroom environments following gowning and contamination-control requirements.
