Job summary

Alstom is seeking a full-time Legal Counsel in Madrid to provide senior legal support for business activities with customers, partners and subcontractors. You will prepare, review and negotiate contracts, support claim management and dispute settlements, and evaluate tender documents.

The successful candidate will manage litigation or arbitration matters and collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance in Spain.

Qualifications

• Law degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a business environment or law firm.
• Excellent English language skills and native Spanish speakers.
• Knowledge of Portuguese law is a plus.
