Sigma Software is seeking a senior backend/platform engineer to shape MCP adoption across multiple product teams. You will design core MCP capabilities, craft reusable libraries, and establish scalable architecture patterns in TS/Node.js.

You will mentor engineers, drive platform governance, and contribute to developer experience in a FinTech context, collaborating across international teams.

Formación

• Extensive experience in Back-End or platform engineering with leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of scalable architecture design, interfaces, versioning, and reusable components.
• Hands-on experience with MCP clients/servers and LLM tool invocation patterns.
• Experience building AI-enabled platforms or LLM-based integrations.
• Strong collaboration across multiple teams to drive platform adoption.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement core MCP platform capabilities (clients, servers, workflows).
• Define reusable architectures, standards, and development patterns for MCP-compatible systems.
• Build shared TS/Node.js libraries, SDKs, starter kits, and templates.
• Design scalable state management, agent orchestration, authentication, and versioning.
• Establish integration patterns (MCP, A2A, APIs, service-to-service).
• Collaborate with teams to review designs and promote consistency.
• Create technical docs, best practices, and onboarding materials for MCP developers.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across platform initiatives.
• Contribute to long-term scalability, maintainability, and governance.
