Job summary

TwoJeys, con sede en Barcelona, busca un Senior Jewellery Designer para liderar el área de diseño y potenciar la calidad técnica de nuestras colecciones. Reportarás al fundador y coordinarás al equipo de diseño, incluidos diseñadores y 3D, para que cada pieza refleje el ADN de la marca.

Qualifications

• Experiencia senior en diseño de joyas y desarrollo de colecciones de concepto a producción.
• Sólido conocimiento de materiales, procesos y técnicas de joyería.
• Experiencia liderando equipos creativos y colaborando con diseñadores 3D.
• Capacidad de equilibrar creatividad y viabilidad de producción.

Responsibilities

• Liderar y coordinar el área de diseño de joyas, asegurando consistencia estética y conceptual.
• Desarrollar y traducir conceptos creativos en bocetos y diseños detallados.
• Guiar al equipo de diseño para alinear visión creativa y ejecución técnica.
• Aportar experiencia en materiales, pesos, acabados y procesos de fabricación para optimizar calidad y coste.
• Coordinar con productos, compras y proveedores para asegurar viabilidad técnica y entrega a tiempo.
• Monitorear tendencias de joyería y moda, adaptándolas a la identidad de TwoJeys.
• Mentorizar y desarrollar el equipo de diseño y flujos creativos eficientes.
• Elevar la propuesta de producto para impactar el mercado internacional.

Tus tareas

As Senior Jewellery Designer, you’ll lead the product design area at TwoJeys, responsible for continuing to evolve the design language and technical quality of our jewellery collections. Reporting directly to the founder, you’ll play a key role in defining concepts, developing pieces, and coordinating the design team - including designers and 3D designers - to ensure each collection reflects the brand’s DNA and meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Your main challenge will be to elevate the design department - bringing strong know-how in materials, techniques, finishes, and weights - and to turn ideas into iconic pieces that connect with our community.

Main challenges:

• Lead and coordinate the jewellery design area, ensuring aesthetic and conceptual consistency across all collections.

• Develop and translate creative concepts into sketches and detailed designs, turning ideas into production-ready pieces.

• Oversee and guide the design team, ensuring alignment between creative vision and technical execution.

• Provide technical expertise regarding materials, weights, manufacturing processes, and finishes - optimizing both quality and cost.

• Coordinate with product, purchasing, and supplier teams to ensure technical feasibility and on-time delivery.

• Monitor trends in jewellery, fashion, and lifestyle, adapting them to the TwoJeys universe while preserving the brand’s unique identity.

• Mentor and develop the design team, nurturing talent and ensuring an efficient creative workflow.

• Elevate TwoJeys’ product proposal, guaranteeing that each collection has real market impact and strengthens the brand’s aspirational positioning.

Tu perfil

• A senior jewellery designer with proven experience in creating and developing collections from concept to production.

• A profile with strong aesthetic sensitivity, commercial vision, and deep knowledge of materials, processes, and jewellery techniques.

• Experience leading creative teams and collaborating with 3D designers - understanding how to integrate their work without necessarily being a 3D technician.

• Ability to balance creativity and feasibility, delivering iconic designs and efficient production outcomes.

• Organized, structured, and communicative, with strong coordination skills across teams and departments.

• Passionate about jewellery design and the TwoJeys universe, with the determination to push the brand to its full potential.
