EPAM is seeking a Senior Java/Scala Full-Stack Developer to join our Malaga team in hybrid mode. You will contribute to a strategic platform that supports hedge-fund trading, combining React frontends with high-performance backends.

Collaborating with investors, traders and engineers, you will design APIs, build scalable services in Java/Scala, and manage cloud-native pipelines using Kubernetes and Terraform while advancing AI-enabled development practices.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, distributed systems
• Experience with Scala and/or Java
• Strong frontend experience with React
• SQL proficiency and database-driven design
• Hands-on Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC
• Experience building/operating large-scale production systems
• Ability to work across frontend, backend, infrastructure and DevOps

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and support mission-critical trading and investment applications
• Develop modern frontend applications using React
• Build scalable backend services with Java/Scala
• Design and optimize APIs, data models and databases
• Develop and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and deployment pipelines (Kubernetes, Terraform)
