UST is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with Java and Kubernetes to join our strategic international banking projects in Madrid. The role requires working 3 days per week on client sites in central Madrid and a high level of English.

You will collaborate in Agile teams, implement scalable cloud-native solutions, and contribute to DevOps-enabled delivery with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid RESTful API and SOA know-how.
• Kubernetes, Docker, Helm hands-on experience.
• Azure cloud deployment knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD (GitLab/Jenkins) and automated testing.
• Proven Agile software development background.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams with a DevOps-centric approach.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor business-critical applications.
• Contribute to code reviews and software quality practices.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Design scalable software with architects to align with enterprise guidelines.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and services.
• Implement automated tests using TDD/BDD.
• Deploy and manage in Kubernetes environments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and delivery initiatives.
