UST is seeking a Java Developer to join a top-tier team in Ibiza, working in a microservice-based cloud environment. You’ll design, develop, and support Java services, APIs, and integrations that connect critical business systems and internal tools.

The role emphasizes Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, and event-driven patterns, with strong testing and CI/CD practices. Flexible remote options and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Formación

• Experience delivering enterprise Java applications in a microservices setting.
• Strong Spring and Hibernate/JPA knowledge with SQL optimization.
• REST API design and OpenAPI/Swagger specification experience.
• Knowledge of event-driven, asynchronous or distributed architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Java services, REST APIs, adapters, and extensions.
• Translate requirements into clean, scalable code with proper validations.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with security and versioning.
• Build reliable event-driven integrations with retry and idempotency.
• Optimize persistence using Hibernate/JPA and SQL best practices.
• Integrate with CRM/finance/payments and analytics platforms.
• Create unit/integration/contract tests and participate in reviews.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment practices.
• Document operations and improve service supportability.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security standards.
