Infinni in Almería, Spain, seeks a Senior Backend Software Engineer (Java) to help power our global CRM-style platform. You will build reliable microservices with Spring, design robust backend architectures, and own critical components end-to-end.

Requirements include 5+ years in backend Java, experience with Spring Boot/Cloud, relational DBs, and messaging systems like Kafka/RabbitMQ. You’ll work with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, drive performance and observability, and collaborate across

Formación

• 5+ years of backend software development experience with Java and distributed systems.
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and microservices.
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, networks, OS.
• Experience with relational DBs such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build Java backend services using Spring and ensure production readiness.
• Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and resource usage.
• Enhance observability with monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerts.
• Identify tech debt and improve system quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Infra and other teams.
• Contribute across the full SDLC from design to deployment.
