Festo is seeking a Senior Backend Java Developer for its Digital Innovation Hub. You will work on a cutting-edge stack including Spring Boot, React, and AWS, taking ownership of technical design within an informal, agile environment.

You will help translate business needs into scalable software and guide junior developers while aligning with internal stakeholders. You will design solutions for pneumatic automation products, contribute to eCommerce and analytics initiatives, and drive digital

Formación

• Degree in information technology.
• Practical experience coding backends with Java and Spring Boot.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Spanish language skills valued but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Design solutions to business challenges by evaluating needs and translating them into technical blueprints.
• Develop understanding of Festo’s Pneumatic Automation portfolio and its applications.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical development.
• Write, test, and maintain backend code in Java for product configuration and simulations.
• Collaborate with an agile team and align requirements with stakeholders.
