Solera Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Software Developer for Java (P3) to join the Product Development team in Madrid. You will deliver customer-facing and internal applications, champion modern tech, and collaborate across domains to ensure quality and standards.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, software craftsmanship, and ongoing improvement in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and teamwork are required to succeed.

Formación

• 3+ years delivering IT development projects.
• Java 8–21 with webapps in enterprise environments (Tomcat/WebSphere).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and modern web/REST API stacks.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver work streams in an Agile environment to time, cost and quality objectives.
• Maintain a strong technical understanding and promote the use of latest software and technologies.
• Develop robust, resilient solutions that meet Solera standards.
• Advocate testing, change and release management processes.
• Suggest and deliver continuous improvement items aligned with Product Development.
