Job summary

Arxada is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for Barcelona (Spain) to turn strategic priorities into measurable business value. You will own projects end to end, from shaping outcomes through delivery, adoption, and benefits realization, working across business, IT and partners.

The role requires leading cross-functional, remote teams using agile, hybrid or predictive methods, and strong stakeholder communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, engineering, or related field.
• At least five years leading medium to large IT projects end-to-end.
• PM certification from a recognized institute.
• Experience linking strategy with processes, technology and change.
• Experience with value realization, service transition, and adoption.
• Strong knowledge of agile, hybrid, and predictive delivery.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional and remote teams.
• Proficient with Jira and delivery tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own IT projects end to end from shaping to benefits realization.
• Translate strategy into outcomes, value measures and roadmaps.
• Manage scope, budget, resources, quality, timelines, risks and decisions.
• Partner with business owners to drive adoption and benefits.
• Connect processes, technology, data, and people to manage cross-functional impacts.
• Lead cross-functional teams using agile, hybrid, or predictive methods.
• Remove impediments and drive timely decisions and trade-offs.
• Deliver transparent stakeholder communications with value metrics.
• Ensure solutions are operationally ready and supported.
• Support portfolio prioritization and coach teams in outcomes.
