Job summary

Marosa by Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Systems Administrator to own internal IT, including laptops, software, and day-to-day operations from Vigo. You’ll run the helpdesk, manage the Microsoft 365 environment, and ensure tools align with corporate standards as WK GBS grows.

The role requires strong IT operations experience, bilingual Spanish-English communication, and hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, Intune, and security controls. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position in Vigo, Spain.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in computer science or IT field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on IT experience in operations or helpdesk.
• Nice-to-have: Microsoft 365 Certified, Intune, or ITIL v4 Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, laptop setup, troubleshooting, software configuration, and Vigo connectivity.
• Own the helpdesk and resolve local and remote staff IT issues within SLAs.
• Provision and offboard users; RBAC, device assignment, and asset recovery.
• Track asset lifecycle, inventory, and compliance with WK GBS IT standards.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID).
• Manage endpoint security, MFA, and patching via Intune.
• Oversee ERP/CRM access, vendor escalation, and uptime.
• Align tools, directory services, SSO, and ticketing with WK GBS standards.
