European Tech Recruit is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer for our San Sebastian-based Hybrid role. You will own and evolve our workplace technology landscape, focusing on macOS, JAMF, Microsoft Entra ID, IAM, SSO, SCIM, and security across endpoints and SaaS.

You will drive automation, onboarding, security governance, and identity lifecycle management, enabling scalable IT operations while partnering with diverse teams to deliver an excellent employee experience.

Formación

• Extensive experience in IT Engineering or Workplace Technology.
• Hands-on JAMF and macOS experience.
• Deep experience with Microsoft Entra ID / IAM.
• Knowledge of SSO, SCIM and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust and least-privilege security.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities.
• Enterprise endpoint/MDM experience.
• SaaS administration experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve our workplace technology ecosystem.
• Manage and optimise JAMF and macOS environments.
• Own Microsoft Entra ID and IAM capabilities.
• Build and maintain SSO, SCIM, identity lifecycle and access governance.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, compliance, patching, security and lifecycle.
• Drive Zero Trust, least-privilege and secure authentication practices.
• Build automation and scripting solutions to scale IT operations.
• Manage our wider SaaS and collaboration ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Improve IT processes, workflows, documentation and operational efficiency.
• Lead projects from discovery to implementation to ongoing optimisation.
• Partner with teams across the business and provide an exceptional employee experience.
