• Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, data quality, data ownership, and compliance.
• Proven ability to deliver data transformation initiatives with roadmap planning and change management.
• Experience with integrations across MES, laboratory, and analytics platforms.
• Pharmaceutical industry (GxP) experience is a must.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in Data Domain and Data Transformation projects to support the delivery of the Operations Data Hub initiative across a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects related to data governance, data architecture, metadata management, system integrations, and data transformation activities, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.

• Hands-on project management approach with active involvement in requirements gathering, integration delivery, testing, vendor coordination, and deployment activities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Architects, Business Analysts, Reporting teams, and Business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, data quality, data ownership, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery of data transformation initiatives, including roadmap planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Experience working with integrations involving manufacturing, laboratory, and analytics platforms.
• Delivery mindset.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Gxp) is a must.
