Job summary

InnoIT is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the global rollout of a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution for an international insurer. The project spans endpoint, email and web proxy and involves teams across the world.

This role focuses on project management and coordination, requiring a solid understanding of DLP and Microsoft security, but no hands‑on engineering work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing IT or cybersecurity projects.
• Proven experience with DLP products or data protection programmes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft DLP, Microsoft 365 security, and DLP coverage across endpoint, email and web proxy.
• Experience coordinating teams across different countries and time zones.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• C1 level of English.

Responsibilities

• Manage DLP implementation projects end to end: from an entity's first request through production deployment and handover to support.
• Gather requirements, prepare proposals tailored to each entity, and get their formal approval and commitment.
• Plan several projects at once, lasting from 10 days to 6 months: scope, milestones, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate the rollout of Microsoft DLP with the Microsoft 365, cybersecurity and infrastructure teams and with local entities.
• Track progress, escape risks and blockers, and report to global and local stakeholders.
• Run meetings, workshops and governance forums, and help improve how the rollout is done.

About the role

We're looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the global rollout of a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution for an international client in the insurance sector. The project covers endpoint, email and web proxy. You'll work with the Microsoft 365/Workplace and cybersecurity teams, as well as with entities around the world.

This is a project management and coordination role. You'll need a good understanding of DLP and Microsoft security, but you won't do hands-on engineering work.
