Inetum, líder europeo en servicios digitales, busca un/a gestor/a de proyectos IT para coordinar su cartera de iniciativas dentro de un cliente asegurador. Se valorará experiencia en entornos complejos y capacidad de trabajar con equipos cross-funcionales.

La posición requiere coordinación de planes, gestión de riesgos y reportes regulares a stakeholders, buscando entregar soluciones que cumplan objetivos de negocio y estándares de calidad.

Formación

• Gestión de proyectos IT, preferible en seguros.
• Planificación, organización y ejecución de proyectos.
• Conocimiento de metodologías y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
• Experiencia con enfoque en Waterfall y entornos IT.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y gestionar planes de proyecto, cronogramas y presupuestos.
• Coordinar reuniones de proyecto, hacer seguimiento y reportar a las partes interesadas.
• Identificar y mitigar riesgos y aplicar estrategias de gestión de riesgos.
• Trabajar con negocio y IT para traducir requerimientos en soluciones técnicas.
• Asegurar que entregables cumplan estándares de calidad y objetivos de negocio.
• Garantizar entrega dentro del alcance, tiempo y presupuesto.

Service Context

• The IT Project Management Service shall be accountable for overseeing and coordinating the effective delivery of IT projects within the Client, an insurance company.
• The service requires project management, technical expertise, and the expertise in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Service Description

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies.
• Service with business and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
• Delivery of IT projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Identification and resolution of project-related issues and risks.
• Continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Profile

Expertise

• Expertise in managing IT projects, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Project management expertise, including planification, organization, and executing projects.
• Project management methodologies and tools.
• Waterfall project management methodologies.
• IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.

Service Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of expertise in IT project management.
• English & Spanish environment are mandatory
