Job summary

Arxada in Barcelona is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager (IT PM) to translate strategic priorities into measurable business value. You will own projects end to end, from shaping through delivery, adoption, and benefits realization, coordinating cross-functional teams across business, IT, and external partners.

The ideal candidate brings five+ years leading medium to large IT initiatives, solid experience with Jira, and strong stakeholder communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of end-to-end IT project management experience.
• Project management certification from a recognized professional institute.
• Proven ability to connect strategy, processes, technology, data, operating models, and organizational change.
