CHAMP Cargosystems in Spain seeks a senior Project/Program Manager to lead complex IT programs for the COO Office - Delivery Department. You will manage end-to-end delivery, stakeholder alignment and commercial outcomes across multi-team efforts in the air cargo sector.

You will build and defend estimates, coordinate partners, and drive transitions from delivery to operations while maintaining rigorous governance and quality control.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent.
• Formal project management training or certification.
• Risk management training desirable.
• Experience managing multiple projects and budgets within a commercial environment.
• Experience speaking in front of customers and leadership levels.
• Experience with IT solutions or airline industry providers.
• Participation in all phases of at least three full software implementation lifecycles.
• Experience with back-to-back subcontract terms with delivery partners.
• Air cargo, airline or logistics operational environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage programs and projects of varying scope from bidding to closure.
• Develop business cases, capacity plans and manage changes and risks.
• Collaborate with project teams, communicate with stakeholders and customers.
• Administer project documentation, status reports and steering committee materials.
• Take responsibility for commercial outcomes, margins and revenue impact.
• Defend estimates and resource baselines with customers.
• Secure partner readiness and terms aligned with obligations.
• Direct delivery when contracted and ensure agreed deliverables.
• Plan transitions to operational support and ensure smooth handover.
• Escalate, coach, and review junior project managers when needed.
• Capture lessons learned to improve future engagements.
