CHAMP Cargosystems is seeking a Delivery Business Analyst to understand customer needs and translate them into CHAMP solutions. You will validate requirements, manage change, and propose technical and pricing approaches to ensure profitability and growth.

Location: Spain (preferred) with flexible options for UK/Luxembourg candidates. You will work with Sales, Delivery, and Project teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and training.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Business or Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in business analysis for software or integration projects.
• Expertise in air cargo-related business processes and data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary interface for salespersons to support customers’ engagements on technical & commercial matters.
• Analyze and document customer requirements and business process.
• Develop sound solution designs meeting customer needs.
• Provide customers with information on CHAMP products, enhancements, and new solutions.
• Support qualification of customer communication and data exchange needs.
• Identify and recommend solutions from CHAMP portfolio.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to determine effort, feasibility, and scheduling.
• Work with project managers to ensure smooth transfer to implementation.
• Deliver customer familiarization and key user trainings.
