Job summary

Diamond Foundry Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior IT Systems Administrator to manage and improve our IT infrastructure across Spain and global locations. You will work with servers, virtualization, storage, and high-availability systems to keep our environment reliable, secure, and scalable as we grow.

The role requires 7+ years in IT systems administration, strong Windows/AD experience, and proficiency in English and Spanish. Onsite work in Zaragoza with travel within Spain is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT systems administration or enterprise IT.
• Hands-on with enterprise servers, virtualization, and high-availability environments.
• Experience administering Windows environments, Active Directory, and RMM tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with onsite Zaragoza availability and Spain travel.
• Degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior IT Systems Administrator to help manage, maintain, and improve our IT infrastructure across Spain and our global locations.

In this role, you will work with a broad range of technologies, including servers, virtualization, storage, and high-availability systems. You will play a key role in keeping our infrastructure reliable, secure, and scalable as Diamond Foundry continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and improve critical IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and availability across our locations.
• Support and troubleshoot servers, virtualization platforms, storage, networking, and high-availability environments.
• Maintain security, identity management, and access controls across enterprise systems.
• Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, installations, migrations, hardware lifecycle activities, and vendor relationships.
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements, technical documentation, and best practices to support our growing operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure roles, preferably in complex enterprise environments. A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise servers, virtualization, and high-availability or clustering environments.
• Experience administering Windows environments, Active Directory, and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage complex infrastructure issues.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with availability to work onsite in Zaragoza and travel within Spain when needed. Experience with Linux systems and/or database administration is desirable but not required.

€55,000 - €60,000 a year
