Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking a senior engineer to lead Systems Engineering for Mission Systems in a challenging aerospace environment. You will analyze customer requirements and translate them into robust design solutions, assess cutting-edge technologies, and drive system integration and airworthiness across the lifecycle.

• 5+ years of proven experience in ISR Mission Systems or Avionics within aerospace/defense.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Systems Engineering activities in the Mission Systems field.
• Analyze customer requirements for transformation into design solutions.
• Assess innovative technologies and architectures for independent cost-benefit analysis.
• Specify, integrate, qualify and ensure airworthiness of Mission Systems.
• Lead the detailed system design: requirements, modelling, subsystems, ICDs.
• Oversee sensor and subsystem management for integration and optimization.
• Lead V&V activities including lab validation and support for ground/flight testing.
• Provide technical guidance to suppliers throughout procurement lifecycle.
• Support Services and Commercial campaigns related to Mission Systems.
