Nordex Group in Madrid seeks a Senior Intellectual Property Specialist to maximize value from IP intelligence, focusing on wind energy patents and product portfolios. You will lead IP creation, assess risks, and prepare strategic reports for R&D, Sales and Strategy teams across the organization.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, travel readiness, and fluency in English with additional German, Spanish or Chinese language skills as a plus, enabling effective engagement

Formación

• MSc in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Physics or similar.
• Intellectual Property/ Business Strategy/ Negotiation.
• 7+ years in R&D and innovation, technical benchmarking/market intelligence.
• English C1; German, Spanish and Chinese are a plus.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Know patent and product portfolios of main energy and wind industry players.
• Detect early trends and review them with strategists and experts to align with NX priorities.
• Proactive participation in NX concept and technology product developments.
• Prepare meaningful communication/reports for stakeholders within the organization: Product Strategy, Sales, R&D, GLF ENG, Service, IP Dpt. experts, etc.
• Lead IP Creation and Brainstorming activities.
• Understand risks and prepare risk mitigation measures accordingly.
