Worldsensing seeks a Team Leader in its Engineering department at the Barcelona HQ to guide an engineering squad and advance our Loadsensing solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end IoT and cloud-based applications, shaping architectures and driving best practices.

You should bring 5+ years of hands-on engineering, strong React/Python skills, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and a proven track record in leading Scrum teams, with excellent English communication.

Formación

• BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on engineering and software development.
• 3+ years React and/or Python experience.
• Experience with Linux environments.
• Experience with Docker.
• Experience developing and deploying cloud applications (microservices, queues, APIs).
• CI/CD tools experience a plus.
• Kubernetes experience a plus.
• Experience managing scrum teams.
• Strong English, spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Guide an engineering scrum team and drive development on innovative use cases.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Work with engineers to modify and enhance solutions using Worldsensing products and APIs.
• Maintain relationships with engineers, product owners and technical team members.
• Emphasize documentation, quality engineering, testing and support.
• Promote continuous improvement and efficient team work.
