Job summary

Monzo is looking for mobile engineers to join our iOS team in Barcelona. You’ll help evolve a widely-used app, balance well-tested, resilient code with fast iteration, and ship features that impact over 11 million users.

You’ll work in a small product squad with Android, Backend, Design, PMs, and Data Science, in a hybrid model with 3 days in the office. A strong Swift background and product-minded approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience programming in Swift and shipping at least one app in the App Store.
• Strong CS fundamentals and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Product-minded with focus on customer outcomes and data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Evolve our native iOS app with a focus on polished user experiences and robust code.
• Work in a small autonomous product squad with cross-functional teammates.
• Contribute to design systems and collaborate on end-to-end delivery.
