Kleinanzeigen is seeking a Senior Internal Platforms Engineer to own the design, optimization, and secure operation of our critical business systems, focusing on collaboration platforms and IAM.

You will lead cross-functional projects, set standards, drive automation, and deliver innovative solutions that support our business objectives in a hybrid work model with weekly meetings at our Berlin office.

Formación

• 5+ years with collaboration platforms (Slack, Google Workspace).
• 3+ years with IAM solutions (Okta, Sailpoint).
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, compliance, and data retention.
• Automation skills (Bash, Python, APIs) and cloud/hybrid environments (AWS, GCP).
• Familiar with PCI, NIS2, SOX, GDPR compliance standards.
• Experience in ITSM tools, process optimization and service delivery.
• Proficient in leveraging AI for automation and smart solutions.
• Strategic, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Systems thinking and holistic solution design.
• Expert technology advice.
• Strong technical communication and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Stakeholder management with central and agency stakeholders.
• Drive maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of our IT tooling landscape (Google Workspace, HRIS/HiBob, Slack, JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, JetBrains, Microsoft 365).
• Drive improvements into process workflows and service delivery.
• Implement automation solutions to enhance collaboration efficiency and user experience.
• Manage and optimize IAM applications and integrations, ensuring security and scalability.
• Develop, enforce, and continuously improve security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
• Design and maintain retention automation systems for data governance and regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Internal Platforms Engineer (d/f/m) to join our team. In this senior role, you will take ownership of the design, optimization, and secure operation of our critical business systems, with a focus on collaboration platforms and Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will lead complex projects and act as a technical authority, collaborating with cross-functional teams to set standards, drive automation, and deliver innovative solutions that support our business objectives.
